When will my order ship?
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing may take longer during promotions, product launches, severe weather, holidays or periods of unusually high demand. Carrier delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout once your order has been prepared for shipment.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after a shipping label has been created.

Do not rely on a universal 30-day shelf-life statement unless it is supported by product-specific stability data.

Certificate of Analysis will be provided as we receive them and uploaded onto this page with Lot numbers and Product with content.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect package?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

- A description of the issue
- Photos of the shipping box
- Photos of the affected product and packaging
- A clear photo of the shipping label
Please keep the original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Local delivery or meetup options may be available in the Brownsville, Texas area by prior arrangement.
